1. Special compressor for industrial refrigeration. A special compressor for industrial refrigeration is adopted, with the oil separator built in the compressor and the motor directly driving the screw, thus avoiding the leakage problem of the open type compressor due to the coupling, and being safe and efficient.

2. Economizer + two-stage liquid injection system. The unit adopts a plate changeable economizer, which turns the single-stage compression of the screw compressor into a quasi-two-stage compression, thus effectively improving the cooling capacity and energy efficiency ratio of the unit.

3. The use of two-stage liquid injection system effectively reduces the work load and exhaust temperature of the key components of the compressor and ensures stable and efficient operation of the compressor.

4. Optional multiple refrigerants. According to the needs of users, various organic antifreeze secondary refrigerants such as ethylene glycol aqueous solution and propylene glycol aqueous solution can be used; the evaporator can also be designed according to corrosion protection requirements, and calcium chloride aqueous solution can be used as a secondary refrigerant.

5. Year-round refrigeration function. The unit controls the system condensing pressure by adjusting the cooling water by-pass valve, so as to realize year-round refrigeration function.
